I AM A STORE OWNER OR BUYER INTERESTED IN SELLING YOUR GOODS, WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?
Contact laurie@twotrickpony.com for a wholesale application and terms & conditions. We may have a sales rep in your area, otherwise we can work directly with you to fill your needs. We require no minimum dollar amount for orders. We do require quantity minimums as follows - single cards: 6 per item number, boxed cards: 4 per item number, prints: 3 per item number. We offer online wholesale ordering for your convenience!

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?
We never sell or share the info you give Two Trick Pony with any outside company or third party. Ever.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as PayPal. If you would prefer to pay by check or money order, please contact laurie@twotrickpony.com.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders typically ship within 2 business days of being placed (wholesale orders ship within 7-10 business days.) Time in transit depends upon shipping method chosen and destination. Please contact laurie@twotrickpony.com if you have any questions about shipping times.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please report the damage to us within 3 days of receipt of your order. We will make sure you receive replacements as soon as possible.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT PACKAGING?
Yes! We offer kraft paper wrapping with red & white baker’s twine and a gift tag. Please contact laurie@twotrickpony.com if you would like gift packaging.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Items may be returned within 10 days of the date of receipt. They must be sent back in the original packaging and condition. Please contact us via phone (617-448-4457) or email (laurie@twotrickpony.com) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. We are unable to refund shipping and handling costs on returned merchandise. Credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned items.
