WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns only in the case of damaged or incorrect items. If you receive the wrong item or damaged items, please contact us within 3 days via phone (617-448-8319) or email (laurie@twotrickpony.com). A replacement item or refund will be shipped upon receipt of the returned items.

IMPORTANT: T-shirts are custom printed so please carefully review the size chart before ordering. Refunds will only be given in the case of damaged or defective goods. 

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?
We never sell or share the info you give Two Trick Pony with any outside company or third party. Ever.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as PayPal. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Cards, prints and totes typically ship within 2 business days of being ordered. Custom printed items such as t-shirts typically ship within 5–10 business days of being ordered. Please allow additional days for time in transit. Please contact laurie@twotrickpony.com if you have any questions about shipping times.
