WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?
We never sell or share the info you give Two Trick Pony with any outside company or third party. Ever.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as PayPal. If you would prefer to pay by check or money order, please contact laurie@twotrickpony.com.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders typically ship within 2 business days of being placed. Time in transit depends upon shipping method chosen and destination. Please contact laurie@twotrickpony.com if you have any questions about shipping times.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please report the damage to us within 3 days of receipt of your order. We will make sure you receive replacements as soon as possible.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns only in the case of damaged or incorrect items. If you receive the wrong item or damaged items, please contact us within 10 days via phone (617-448-8319) or email (laurie@twotrickpony.com). Credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned items.
