Placing an order (it's easy!):

Via the website: Simply create an account and then email Laurie at laurie@twotrickpony.com and we will email you a wholesale coupon to use when placing orders online.

Payments: We accept pre-paid check, money order or credit card as payment. Payments are processed at the time of shipment unless Net 30 terms have been established. Please contact us to apply for Net 30 terms.

Order Minimums: Opening orders $150, reorders $100.

Quantity minimums:
Tote bags: 3 per sku
Single greeting cards: 6 per sku
Boxed greeting cards: 3 per sku
Art Prints: 3 per sku

Shipping & Turnaround: Typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days. Please allow an additional week for orders placed at trade shows. Orders ship from Milford, Massachusetts. Shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment. Domestic orders ship via Fedex Ground or USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the retailer.

Cancellations: Order cancellations must be made via email or fax within 24 hours of placing your order.

Returns: Damaged or defective items are accepted for return. Claims must be made via email or fax within 3 business days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in original packaging.

Backorders: You will be notified as soon as possible if an item is out of stock. You will have the option to backorder or remove the item from your order.
